Cardiologists: How to Lower High Cholesterol?

Visilife Health could lower cholesterol by 30%
in only 3 months

German scientific studies have proven that high cholesterol could be lowered without medication. With regards to that, we looked for an opinion of an expert. We asked Anastas Stoykov MD, Cardiology and Internal medicine, about the possibility of lowering cholesterol and triglycerides in a natural way.

Hello, d-r Stoykov. Is it possible to lower cholesterol in a natural way?
If you mean without medication – yes, it is possible. Both cholesterol and triglycerides are positively influenced by omega-3 products. In many cases of small and medium disturbances “good” and “bad” cholesterol get back to normal. In more serious cases medication should be taken (statins, ion exchange resins, fibrates, etc.).

Do all omega-3 products work the same way?
No, their action depends on lots of factors. Many scientific studies have proven that flaxseed influences cholesterol only if taken unprocessed or in the form of freshly ground flour. In the form of flax oil it has no ostensible effect. Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids. They are, however, in the form of triglycerides, which makes them harder for absorption in the human body. Therefore, if you want to achieve significant results, you need to take quite large amounts of fish oil.
A few years ago, an omega-3 product, containing antarctic shrimp (krill) oil – Krill Oil, was released on the markets worldwide. It was recently introduced to the consumers. Scientific research has proven that it is the best omega-3 dietary supplement in fighting cholesterol. As a result of an intake of only 2 capsules daily for 3 months, the “bad” cholesterol is reduced by 32%, and the “good” cholesterol – increased by 44%. The product is ecologically clean and GMO free. It is absorbed very well, as the omega-3 fatty acids in it are in the same form as in the human body – phospholipids. The product is sold under the brand name Visilife Health.

Could Visilife Health be taken along with cholesterol lowering medicines?
Of course –there is absolutely no problem about that. In many cases Visilife Health increases their effect – especially when taken along with satins. Visilife Health increases the effect of satins substantially – by around 2/3 in terms of lowering “bad” cholesterol, and by three times in terms of increasing “good” cholesterol.
